We want Âire to earn its place in your day. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — love it or your money back, no questions asked.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund. It doesn't matter if the tins are opened, half-finished, or empty — the guarantee exists so you can actually try the product.
- No return shipping. Because our mints are a consumable product, you don't need to send anything back. Keep the tin, share it, or recycle it.
- No forms and no interrogation. An email is all it takes.
How to request a refund
Email hello@airemints.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number (it's in your confirmation email). We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full amount you paid, including any shipping charges on the refunded order. Once your refund is approved we process it right away; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at hello@airemints.com and we'll chase it down.
Subscription orders
The 30-day guarantee applies to each subscription shipment, starting from that shipment's delivery date. You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal — see our Terms of Service for details, or just email us and we'll handle it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@airemints.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. A photo of what arrived helps us fix things faster (and improve our packaging), but it isn't required.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel an order you just placed? Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
